Job Description
Automatic Stamping Press Operator - The ideal candidate should have experience in the set-up and operation of progressive and compound dies in automatic, coil fed presses as well as hand operated stamping presses. The position involves the set-up and operation of stamping presses up to 600 ton. The position also involves the operation of other types of production equipment related to stamping operations such as fork-trucks as needed. The position also requires the working knowledge of gages and other measurement tools.
Qualifications
Must have experience with set-up and operation of Progressive and Compound Dies. Loading coil steel from spindle through die and press bed. Operation of stamping presses up to 600 ton capacity. Must have knowledge of gages and other measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers, and have forklift experience.
